We divide a house into multiple sections that are manufactured in a controlled environment and then transported to the construction site. This approach allows us to streamline the process, keeping costs low while minimizing the exposure of wood elements to weather conditions.
Building process
The Importance of Coordinated Drawings
Every house project begins with a comprehensive set of drawings, each serving a specific purpose:
Architectural Drawings – Provided by the project owner
Structural Drawings – Prepared by the house producer
Groundwork Drawings – Created by the groundworks company
Electrical Drawings – Supplied by the electrical contractor
Plumbing Drawings – Supplied by the plumbing contractor
Each company involved in the project develops its specialized drawings based on the architectural plans. However, when the project is not managed by a single general contractor, inconsistencies often arise between these sets of drawings. These discrepancies can lead to delays and higher costs during construction.
To avoid such issues, we go beyond simply using the architectural drawings to create our structural plans. We also review groundwork and plumbing drawings to ensure alignment with the architectural design. This proactive approach minimizes errors and ensures a smoother construction process.

Our process begins with creating structural and production drawings based on the architectural plans. While production drawings are exclusively used for our internal manufacturing processes, structural drawings are essential for obtaining approval from the relevant authorities to commence the project.

Production Process
The production process begins by uploading the cut files into the saw machine. These files contain all the necessary details for precise cutting, including dimensions, cutting angles, and the required number of pieces.
Once the materials are cut, they are transported to the butterfly assembly table, where wall construction begins. Insulation and the required layers are installed on one side of the wall. The wall is then flipped to the other side, where the remaining layers are added.
The wall moves seamlessly from one table to the next until the assembly is complete. Once finished, the walls are lifted and stored alongside the other house components, ready for the next stage of the process.
Truss Production
While truss production is a relatively straightforward process, it demands meticulous attention to detail. Perfectly accurate cuts are essential to ensure the structural integrity of the trusses. Key factors such as the placement of joint plates, the spacing between wooden components, and the material's humidity levels are strictly regulated to meet precise standards.

Närkeftakt is our trusted partner for transportation and crane assembly. Handling large volumes and heavy materials requires strict adherence to safety standards, an area in which we have consistently improved over time.
Assembling Process
The assembling process is a critical phase in building a house. It is during this stage that the architectural vision begins to take shape. Additionally, it serves as the first real test of the alignment between the groundwork and plumbing.
For a standard-sized house, the assembly typically takes one to two days. However, the overall construction work continues for several weeks, depending on the level of finish required by the customer.
